In April of 2022, the construction of our second development began. Conduru Condominium is located just 14 km away from Jericoacoara.

The Conduru II has 28 houses with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 3 apartments, also with 2 or 3 bedroom options. There are units from 105m2 and 124m2, living room, kitchen and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, service area, barbecue and balcony.

In the common areas, recreation includes a swimming pool and chilling areas, as well as 24-hour surveillance to guarantee security and internal parking.
